I couldn't be happier with the service from George and his staff. Had a leak in my radiator that ended up leaking into my transmission. George worked his hardest to save the transmission and he did. He is honest and trustworthy. I am so happy I found a great place to take my car when I have a problem. I would highly recommend Showcase Auto to anyone looking for a good mechanic to service their vehicle.
I was lucky to find this place last July when I needed an inspection sticker. Since then they have done all of my auto work. They are very accommodating, reasonably priced and do great work. Their lot looks like they have some good used cars too... Thanks again guys.. I 'll see you in 3K miles for my next oil change!!!
I've been to this business several times for everything from oil changes, inspections, brakes, tune-ups, tires, etc. Always extremely satisfied with the service and prices - very fair. If any issues crop up after service they have consistently taken care of them in a courteous and friendly manner. Highly recommend them!
A breath of fresh air for auto repairs - exceptional customer service at a fair price. The owner, George, problem-solved a challenging experience I had with another service provider down the road and quickly put me at ease. He addressed the issue and made the car inspection ready. Bought a truck here that ended up having a problem that could not be figured out. Although I would rather have not had a problem to deal with at all, unforseen things happen, and they were as accomodating as possible. They always made sure I had a vehicle to get me around while the problem with my truck was trying to be figured out, stayed 2 hours late on Christmas Eve until I could get there to make sure I wouldn't be stuck with no transportation, had a mechanic from a chevy dealership come and go through the truck, etc. These are all things you'd hope a dealership would do if you ended up with a problem, but I'm not so sure other places would've been as accommodating without trying to get out of the situation somehow. When the vehicle I bought ended up needed to be swapped out for something else, they made the process quick and easy, and I ended up in an overall better vehicle.
I bought a truck from Showcase Auto about a year ago along with the top warrantee and it was the best decision I made. the truck has needed a few things but with the warrantee I have paid nothing out of pocket. I highly suggest getting a warrantee. George the owner has helped me out and has been nothing but professional with me. the best part is when I would come by or call he wouldn't talk to me like a "car salesman" would, he would talk to me like a friend. usually having to buy a new car is a hassle cause of dealing with the car salesman attacking you but my experience here will keep me buying in the future from only here.
I came to Showcase through the recommendation of a trusted friend. I wasn't disappointed at all! I purchased an amazing car for an even more amazing price. Everyone I dealt with at the dealership- George, Dennis, Andrew- they all treated me very kindly and were incredibly patient and flexible.
I ultimately ended up buying my car from Showcase and not from somewhere else because of that and also because I knew that I could rest assured that the car I was buying was in good shape and sure to last me for a long time with only normal maintenance problems- which they would certainly help me out with when they came up. Something that's hard to come by when you're buying a used car! I would absolutely recommend Showcase to anyone else and I'll be going back there for a long time.
